Attorneys who desire to retain the Law Offices of Elizabeth A. DuPar to assist them in a CMC, TRO, Ex Parte or other court appearance.  For a short court appearance lasting less than an hour. Your documents will be reviewed for compliance with local rules of Court in advance. For the first hour, travel time not included.

Attorneys who have an urgent matter who contact us with less than 24 hours notice prior to hearing and require more than two hour preparation and appearance.  Does not include travel time, or pre and post court appearance work.

If you are interested in an initial review of your matter, and are not yet sure if you would like to retain the services of Ms. DuPar, you can schedule a time by filling out the Contact Us form, and after an appointment is scheduled you can make your payment here. Your information is kept confidential, however an attorney client relationship is not formed until a written retainer agreement is signed along with a retainer fee.
